should have done my Kyrgystan research better earlier.

Kyrgyzstan has a recent history of violently and democratcally running wannabee miners out of the country after folks like me have sunk money in. So seems having that under control is as important as financing. Goldfields had plenty of finance but couldn't dig their gold.

so just wondering is that why no finance is comming? or are msr all good on the community front? are camp and roads built with the money given to them for the purpose? no mention of it in the quaterlies
