Hey I think they have the finance nearly nailed .Any finance deal will ignite the sp.I am guessing by end of November we will have a deal.I believe we will get a cornerstone investor 30% of the project for 40 million that's my guess with some options thrown in.According to md some have even finished there due diligence.
