This shows that the market i.e. people close to the company - and I am not talking about anything illegal - know far more than most retail traders and investors - and thus if the price action is continually dropping, even on what looks like good news - BEWARE. Many people who may buy up this stock have been in the loop about precisely what this report is now describing, but nobody on HC has been, although the knockers have been far more accurate.
MNE now needs money and will have to heavily dilute to get it, so even if the company comes good it will be far less valuable because of the much larger no of shares on issue. Of course it is very difficult to make a mining company successful but Zeff has not been transparent about the problems.....the price action certainly has though!
