    Is there are correlation between Peter Wall DUO and Peter Wall Phytotech ? I noticed a correlation and I also noticed the Hotcopper notices front page regarding Phytotech.

    What are your thoughts regarding this Linkden correlation and DUO activities .. is it a merger of assets for the shareholders benefit and if so who's shareholders ?

    Is it a possible RTO?

    I know very little about either company, but the mechanism seems familiar to me.
