The cash flow statement doesn't include references to debt so you won't see it there; but if you look at the last Annual Report (to June 30th) you can see there's about $1.1M in debt on the Statement of Financial Position. How they've managed to spend all of the funds raised since then (including the recent $2M but all the other shares placed at 1c) I'm not sure.
