During the period the Company issued 196,055,760 fully paid ordinary shares to the value of $1,960,558 to creditors in lieu of cash payments for invoices.
So the shares were issued but cash not recieved in the December quarter so which is why the 2M in cash is not reprented in this quarterly?
You obviously cant give 200M shares away for free.
