Were you advised or were you aware that the majority of the placement that you participated in was to pay off existing debts the company had?

What compelling reasons, if any, made you decide to participate in the placement?

283,806,760 shares were issued during the quarter.

196,055,760 shares were issued to creditors in lieu of payment for services.

The quarterly states that $792,000 proceeds were raised of which a staggering $667,000 was spent on administration.
