I hear you heraclitus, but checking his LinkedIn profile he has been a non-executive director in these companies, which means its not fair to fault him for any operational failures they experience. He's the IPO guy, the guy gets the ball rolling, and this is my main concern for DUO - his ability to facilitate the best outcome for DUO during the acquisition phase. I'm hoping he's in a prime position now to do this facilitating coming off his very recent success.
