The point is if they announce they are acquiring XYX for $3M consideration for example, which will more than likely be staged, the market may value the asset at considerably more
To suggest funding will be raised at current levels is just nonsense, the market has not even had a chance to gauge the asset
PYL raised at 20c, after the rest of the market got a look at it, it his 92c. Why then if DUO announce some appealing tech would the SP not appreciate. Once we see the asset and how much they are paying, then we can start talking SP projections
There aren't too many corporate guys who take over shells only then to go and dilute themselves by buying businesses with scrip or raisings at or below their buy-in price. Whoever has control is going to want to keep the registry tight moving forwards
