Upon discussion with a friend regarding todays Quarterly Activities Report, we both couldn't help but agree that the key take out from the report was the following statement;
"Ironbark is currently operating under a Memorandum of Understanding and is advancing this through to a detailed scope of works. The information is currently being prepared in a format suitable for review by Chinese banks."
