A great activities report, outlining where we are and where we're headed.
Of note is the 1,500 ct parcel ready for sale in February, with an estimated value of $1,100/ct. That is an outstanding value and a much more realistic goal.
Something that was evidently skirted over (and something that I'm sure everyone wants to know) is what we have sitting there yet to be categorized. A very brief mention of multiple 'fancy' stones is a nice little hint of the potential at Lulo.
Nothing really here to ignite the SP but it certainly has boosted my confidence with nothing but good news on the back of good news.
