I read it differently...more waiting and spending of money. Nice to see the previous CR @ 1.7c was put to good use...not.

So now they are waiting for govt policy and rock sorting ? Companies like this whom wait until the quarterly to update their shareholders are doomed to have a very stale shareholder registry. IMO
