Your a 100% wrong Matt MNS doesnt have a finance partner. There still talking to multiple parties seeking finance, and as stated a finance partner would want to see a bankable feasibility study prior to offering finance for a project and that wont be completed for another 5 months as per the company timeline.
Its all there in quarterly? If they had a finance partner they would have to report it? I though you new about this FA stuff??
