The management with "skin in the game" didn't pay anywhere near the prices you paid for your CKA shares. Management got all their shares pre-IPO before they back-doored this private little project of theirs (Jack Doolan Capital) into the Altera shell.
The truth is we don't know what price they paid - it could have been as low as 0.005c or less! We will never know. I for one, NEVER take any notice of a management team's "skin in the game" when that skin was issued with the stroke of a pen pre-listing. We have all seen it time and again. The salaries collected post-IPO have been generous compensation for the hours worked, and risks taken, and outcomes produced/not produced.
