What I dislike is the fact Platinum have been issued 25M options @ 13c. When was this announced ?
It is only $3m+ at the end of the day, but it was not disclosed, it was hidden in the quarterly. If they convert that to continue funding Cokal then so bet it as the stock is unlikely to ever come out, or at least not for pips, but this looks like it's being setup for a lowball T/O bid
What a joke management are. If they think this looks like options at a 100% premium to the price then that is insulting, regardless of how small it is
