BR were selling a small cap at a 40% discount to cash last year. Same story, in a fund that had closed. They were substantial holders, why didn't they remove the board, doing a special dividend ? They couldn't be bothered that's why, the position in comparison to fund size was nothing and they just chose to dump

And why would someone buy them out before Forestry Approval ? Anyone with half a brain can see they are liquidating and not shopping it around, it's stupidity. So let them shoot themselves in the foot and take it cheap. They halved the value of their position to exit 5M, still retaining 30M - genius. I can assure you at 14c they were not shopping it off market at 7c or I would have bid for some and know of others also - so don't talk nonsense
