Starting to get into accounting zone which I am no expert, there are differences between operational cash flow for qrt, the way capex is accounted for yearly ect. Red have not been very clear with breakdown of expenditure and it's obviously not going to be a mind blowing qrt as advised.
They did say on removal of C&D order it would take them 6 months to get on track.
Anyway hope all is well. 1FDM.
