I just read that statement from the quarterly through a few times. Try it yourself.

No commitment to anything, vague buzzwords, in summary......fluff. There is not one single thing in there that anyone could be held accountable for. Hey, but why change the way MNM has been operating for years now?

Mind you, they are not alone. I can think of many companies that have trundled on for years, paying fat salaries, without ever really committing to DO anything.
