MOL should at least offer share buy-back at 6.9c (last traded price) and brokerage-free for anyone wants out (off-market).
I know cash backing is 19c, but there are holders don't want to stay and they have tiny holding don't care anyway.
If buy-back at 6.9c, than this will INCREASE cash-backing share price for remainder shares not taken up. Obviously, Han Long's holding will NOT take up so this will INCREASE Han Long's value holding in MOL and voting power by buying-back small holders.
