Hey - I just had a quick look at NML's Annual Reports going back to 2011 when they listed (just to check that management were running this company on the smell of an oily rag - and in relation to their demand for in lieu of salary (yet) to be forgone). The MD's salary is as follows: 2011 - $58,222, 2012 - $227,928, 2013 - $237,406 (plus a $36,000 bonus) and 2014 - $238,711 (plus a $18,000 bonus!). Additionally there is another guy who has pocketed the following: 2013 - $203,849 (plus a bonus of $7,500), 2014 - $228,780 (plus a bonus of $12,000). God only knows what they both got this year! I have to say that I am shocked!
