They must have more than half a dozen funded collaborative projects by now. This is probably too negative a spin on it, but you are suggesting that all are funded on completion/achievement of milestones and no payments have been achieved? Some of these go back a long way and some have been replaced by new agreements for expanded work scopes, yet Anteo is still not getting paid. I would still like to hear why not.
