You'd be correct here, IMHO.  Being that the trials are being conducted in the U.S. and potential product with m&g inclusion, the FDA will be the regulatory body.  I suspect the main success factors for M&G inclusion would be toxicity (absence thereof) and making sure it stays on when placed inside a living being.  The challenging bit as a shareholder is not knowing what those timelines look like.  The trials can have a finite lifespan and associated schedules, but FDA approvals, who knows...  I think best case scenario you'd be looking at 6 months.
