I would assume the 50cent issue price is a reward to long term holders , especially given the record date was so soon after relisting. I understand negotiations at home are stretched to put up funds for it . At least at current prices you can buy more,and can bring your average under $1 .when we are over $2 you can tell her you have doubled her investment and can afford the new diamond necklace.
