When these annts were made by MLX today, I must say I simply thought of both mines being eligible targets. The RNI deal made sense as Peter Newton is the second largest SH of RNI and also Chairman of MLX.
However, a short time ago I realised that NST had made an annt completing the TAM deal, even though the both TAM nor MLX have made any comments about the current court case in play or pending.
I really do hope these latest two deals isnt a reaction to TAM/NST deal which has led to a p%#ssing contest between NST and TAM.
The RNI deal suited me down to the ground as I am holder of RNI, they were dead if MLX didn't step up. Anyway we'll see.
Also await the TAM announcement from MLX, just wondering whether the run down to 1.1o in its SP is because of losing TAM and picking up these two. Likely not and I hope it not to be the case.
