He badly needs to conclude a deal that we are all agreed as his ability to tap the market will be limited if all these deals on the table fall through.

With so many potential deals on the table if was not for past history the share price would be way higher on potential but market incredibly skeptical that a deal will ever be struck imo.

Andrei desparately needs to prove them wrong. He stands to be rewarded handsomely if he can as holds large shareholding so certainly incentivated to strike a deal - that one cannot disagree with.
