Resolution 6 has nothing to do with the US listing. Its about being able to raise funds by issuing shares without requiring a shareholder vote. Briefly can issue 15% extra shares per 12 months without shareholder approval and another 10% per 12 months with shareholder approval.
This type of resolution is fairly common and does not necessarily mean a company will use it or even use the 15% placement. It is an option if needed to raise funds.
