All good news, no doubt.
But unless cashflow pick up significantly, they have not only the accrued interest payment, debt repayment of the JARE facility is ramping up (exponentially) at every 6 month interval starting this coming 30 June. Finger-crossed that the recent collapse of the market does not have lasting impact of REO.
Last but not least, I must say to date it has been very well done to Amanda Lacaze and her team to turn the ship around!
