PAN has also done the same thing. Both seem to have about $25M in cash on hand, so guess it all depends how quickly the turnaround in the price of nickel comes.
Stockpiles are still a major concern and doubts about global growth are not helping.
At this stage, looks like a case of trying to catch the falling knife.
