unfortunately I am a sucker too had these way tooooo long. The upside is still possible but you haven't done much research on your lousy investment we don't have lots of tenements anymore, not even our second best chance(Andewa). I think it is bulago or bust, having said that bulago is why I bought in the first place(spent enough to go to Europe for 3 months) and we may have one chance left .cross your fingers.
