So Strat isn't just relying on BSM financing for the PROJECT but gathering some in itself with apparently a cornerstone investor. Chart Strat shows continued consolidation despite recent General Market "panic".


as to BSM, it has to be understood that the 'insiders'/smart money/share promoters knew of this BSM "new direction" plan months and months ago and accumulated BSM shares at .001 in anticipation.
marked is the actual announcement of Madagascar Graphite was the "deal" and this was followed by a 1.3 cent placement BUT note it is highly probable that those 1.3 cent placement getters were adding to their previous holdings ie 'paying a premium" similarly the recent 1 cent placement getters.

Anyhow there's been no real usual arbitrage trading going on IMO. Millions of shares, $100k turnover in parcels. Evidence of "desperado" sophisticated investors . Unfortunately for us though we've been put into long term holding pattern waiting for BSM mgt to get over having their performance shares being knocked back at AGM before we found out about this litigation lawyer issue buggering the court settlement contrib to the PROJECT deal.
Anyway this thread is only posted on by Siberians of HC. We like to think we know something as "outsiders" of Market Dynamics, the ways of the spivs particularly in the Flake Graphite Sector so we'd welcome and appreciate any UK [or Nth American] input. @Graphite et al.
