5 ORS share plus 0.55c cash for 2 AYC shares;

5*1.2c+0.55c = 2 * AYC --> AYC=3.27c
or

5*ORS+0.55c = 2*2.1c --> ORS=0.73c

since ORS privatization will complete before AYC reaching 1400, so I guess ORS's share price will be a good indicator what will happen to AYC. I sold all my parcel at 1.4c when AYC shooting to 3.8c, now AYC looks cheap if ORS holds well, but the relentless selling scares me. lets give another two weeks.
