I will take your enquiry as being serious .
In that context , I assume that you are prepared to do some research .
MLS has pretty much had the same guys running the show for many years ...the same Company Sec etc .
Go back 10 years , and tell us how many times MLS has released a Quarterly Activities Report more than 2 days b4 the mandatory last day for reporting .
Then tell us how many times MLS has released its Quarterly Activities Report 7 days or more b4 the due date .
Maybe the Company Secretary has fallen pregnant and needed to put it in b4 she starts accouchement leave ???? or some other urgent and pressing reason .
I have just seen what I believe to be a change in pattern/behaviour .
Perhaps you can confirm. or not , whether there has been a change from NORMal behaviour .
If that is the case ,One then has to ask why ?
