Was chatting to another better versed msr holder today...i think the dilution is nil if the permits dont transfer...so current sp is ev. And we take around 5m dilution from here to have nyakafuru in the msr vault, which i would happily take any day....even add a zero to the 5 and it would seem value in a gold mkt...?
