So glad that there is finally some news on this! As I understand it, the MLA covers two plots of land and since compensation has already been agreed for one plot (back in May-2016) you would think LNY would have a decent argument in the land court that a similar compensation arrangement is reasonable for this second plot? If so, then I guess we're away!
