History is a good indicator and history shows that this stock will reliably trade at a fixed portion of NTA.
This doesn't mean money can't be made, but yes I agree those expecting a massive rerate will be disappointment IMO too. I think a big player trying to get in at 14-15 cps is more likely. Although it has become a bit of a moving target with SOLG now.
