I think DRM is looking ok as the operational team seems to be strong and capable of delivering, they just need to show a much greater urgency about reducing cost and not allowing themselves to be carried along by a high gold price (even with the gold price potentially tracking higher throughout 2017, which I believe it will). The longer term picture at both Andy Well and Deflector could be excellent with much bigger production volumes than currently, but they need a maniacal focus on cost control in the interim. Hopefully Leigh Junk will step up in this regard.
