I'm guessing the minor sell off is in reaction to the cashflow numbers which showed them just squeaking by, but the deals are in place and first cash has been received to remove funding risks.
This is good news to get to a sustaining production income later this year, and likely a bit extra to fund ongoing exploration.
The terms of the notes are pretty generous with regard to interest, but once they have converted that will be forgotten, and AJQ will have the funding and backing from solid equity partners to keep growing.
