I am confident they will, Stratmin already did 6000tpa throughput for wet graphite (non dried) but it wasent a sustainable operation. with refurbishment + new drying circuit (previous bottleneck) capable of 12.000tpa, there is no reason why we cannot produce at least 8000tpa with the current plant.

If stratmin did 6000tpa with low quality equipment and uoptimized process flow sheet, i cant think why we cant do better with higher quality equipment + more equimment + no drying circuit bottleneck. Time will tell !
