I think the quarterly was released early to either put a stop to the acquisition rumor or to drive the share price down for a bigger purpose. I lean toward the latter as there is no staff to do anything else.

I also think it was signed off by Peter Wall because he is more involved now.

but timing is a problem. If no announcement I expect another pump next month. At least no cap raise coming
