Aji I have read the Quarterly Activity Report at least 5 times now and get hung up on the quoted to which you refer as well.

I dont find any hint of uncertainty regarding the Mr Peake project both Mine and Refinery going into production.

Sure there are options/decisions to be finalised/concluded ( ie final confirmation as to the suitability of refinery site and perhaps the extent of any NT infrastructure assistance or loan). But its the TERMS of finance rather than the FACT of finance thats remains to be concluded. Those terms deoendant on concludjng the outstanding matters.

My sence of this QA Report is its sending a clear message in terms that are as strong as are permisable that the final stages are in sight and not in doubt.

Maybe im reading to much into it my my newly aquired rose tinted glasses but I can cirtanly feel the vanadium flowing.
