Next question is why is the market discounting or not recognising anywhere close to true value?
Boardman stock must be dealt with immediately (and bought back as per the agreement), with the current situation being nothing short of abhorrent! The acquisition/business has underperfomed since the RTO and has not met the requisite and agreed hurdles.
Board must act decisively to remove this perceived overhang and restore both market credibility and sentiment.
