They wouldn't have gone through the trouble of setting up a subsidiary to house the BCC investment seperate to their mining activities if it didn't look like it would happen, nor would a $3m raise happen out of nowhere with already $1m in the bank and enough for exploration and mining activities - seems like it's only a matter of time
