Phase 2 is dependent on resolving the pond issue, but is not dependent on the purification circuit issues (though these seem to be solved) since Phase 2 will only include the primary circuit which has been performing well above specification
Japan project seems to be progressing fine as far as I can see. It is dependent on Olaroz Stage 2 in any case so there is no immediate time constraint as farr as designing and building the plane
