Since we haven't seen any announcements other than the ones they have to do like Quarterly reports. Is it also possible that arrangements with the TO's has been completed by end of Aug and now just waiting for the rubber stamp on the ML? IMHO from the lack of announcement only completion of ML will warrant an announcement. I expect we will see this in the coming weeks based on the information they have provided.
