so... taking guesses on the TO agreement?
im not worried about the mill being offline till Sept. Its 2 months away.
I see 1 more month of TO (complete guess, zero background in this), 1 month DNRM processing... we are now in Sept, mill comes back online.
I think its in good shape. Little disappointing we are talking about TO agreements when we have had 2 years to do this....but i am sure there was a reason behind it.
I believe we are on the cusp of action.
