That is what is called "calling a spade a spade".
Where was him and his mates when we had the opportunity to get rid of the dead wood in this Board.? As a result of his attitude, we are still having to put up with them and their crap now.
Even if they were to be just 10% more it would have given us at least at 45/55 result which would have been a big warning for them that they weren't wanted.
