There has been talk of the possibility of selling down more than the 19.9% so the the capex can be fully funded with the sale proceeds and finance, meaning no dilution. I think chutoro is on a similar page to me and hoping that they won't need to sell more than 35%, hence retaining 65%.
The NPV of 1.5 billion was based on zinc at $1.50 wasn't it chutoro?
