I'm not sure what to make of those articles.

It's good that the WA Labor gov't cannot squander the funds on other things.

It's worrying if the federal money offer has been withdrawn.
Yes, I know it doesn't say that directly.... but politician's weasel words, and perhaps delaying making funds available until the June 30 2020 expiry.
