The Northern Gas Pipeline is being built at a cost of ~$800,000,000.00 Then there will be the compressor stations etc. etc. so to me someone is quietly confident that proper gas exploration and exploitation is a given. This means to me that the people spending all this money sort of believe in this areas' gas/oil future. There is, I believe, evidence that there are foreign gas producers worldwide that are spending money funding the Australian anti-fracturing, anti- gas exploration, anti gas drilling crowd. Why would they be so afraid of Australian gas?? Simple answer, there's a hell of a lot of it and it's easy to get but mainly because it's not theirs.....yet.
