    I honestly thank you for your caution and references to his history. I will consider myself warned and take additional care.

    At the present time though, I believe there are good $$$ here - the acquisition potential is highly attractive as is the gold prospect currently being drilled. The deal brought to 4CE appears sound and bodes well for VEC.

    Some of his past ventures may have flopped - but they didn't flop overnight.
